Mentor–Mentee System

The Counselling Cell at VIMTECH is established as per AICTE guidelines to support students’ academic, emotional, and personal well-being through a structured and confidential support system.

The Cell is integrated with a Mentor–Mentee System, where faculty mentors are assigned to students for continuous academic monitoring, guidance, and support. Mentors identify academic, behavioural, or personal challenges at an early stage and facilitate appropriate counselling when required.
